Fondly called ‘Rao’ sir is a Chartered accountant and a law graduate with more than 50 years standing in the profession. An academician and a purist professional. Got into profession as practising Chartered accountant with his friend A.V.Rajagopal immediately after qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in the Year 1967.The Firm was named RAO & GOPAL denoting the family name of T.K.Chandrasekaran and second part of name of A.V.Raja’gopal’.

A man with an exceptional qualities of getting involved in any subject, a multi faceted personality having interest in not only the profession of Chartered Accountancy, but freelance short story writing in Tamil, A good speaker, pioneer in the establishment of international film appreciation movement in the city of Chennai and in the state of Tamilnadu. A student of this great institution ‘RAO &GOPAL’ has put in more than 12 years in Industry and about 20 years in Profession as Partner in this firm. Sincerely following the footprints of the founder partners and ensuring the highest standards of professional excellence is followed. Having been in the industry at responsible positions handling both the finance and corporate secretarial functions, it has added value for offering most practical solutions to clients on matters of finance, taxation and corporate governance.

M.S.Raghavan Bcom., FCA.,

A close associate and batch mate of the founder partners, has an extensive experience as a Banker serving a nationalised bank in various capacities and post retirement joined the firm as a partner.

Mrs.R.Sujatha Bcom.,FCA., Grad cwa

A Student of Rao & Gopal and the daughter of Founder Partner Mr.A.V.Rajagopal has served PSU in India and is presently in Moscow.

G.Ramesh B com., :

A consultant with a good deal of exposure in handling Indirect taxes the erstwhile sales tax, VAT and now the GST. Besides that he is atech savvy person who enjoys imparting hands on training to students on electronic filing of tax returns and accounting using ‘Tally’ software.
